1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of FMG CampaignOps, a campaign field-operations and reporting platform operated by FMG Platform House ("FMG", "we", "us"), registered at No. 2, Iduwa Ogenyi Street, Mabushi, Abuja, Nigeria (RC: 938619). By signing up, accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What the platform is

FMG CampaignOps is a private workspace for political campaigns and their authorised agents to coordinate polling units, field reports, incidents, volunteers and campaign-reported results. It is strictly an operational management tool. It does not publish, certify or declare official election results. Any figures shown are campaign-reported field data, not INEC declarations.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each campaign workspace is controlled by the campaign owner or administrator you designate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are impersonating another person or organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FMG CampaignOps to:

• Upload or process data about individuals without a lawful basis or their consent where required.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, spam or harassment.
• Falsify field reports, results or incidents, or impersonate agents or officials.
• Attempt to access another campaign's workspace or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
• Violate any applicable Nigerian law or election regulation.

5. Subscriptions, payments and trials

New accounts begin with a 14-day trial. Continued use requires payment of the subscription fee for the selected plan. Fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

6. Data ownership and deletion

Campaign data belongs to the campaign that enters it. We do not sell, share or merge campaign data with other customers. When your subscription ends or you request deletion, we will delete your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law to retain it. You can export most data to CSV at any time.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. You may cancel your workspace at any time from the settings screen. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination will survive.

8. Warranties and liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any decision made by a campaign based on data processed through the platform, including campaign-reported results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.

10. Changes and contact
