1. Who we are

FMG CampaignOps is operated by FMG Platform House, registered at No. 2, Iduwa Ogenyi Street, Mabushi, Abuja, Nigeria (RC: 938619). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and delete information when you use our platform.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email, phone number and role information for campaign staff, agents and volunteers.
• Campaign data: contacts, supporter lists, polling-unit assignments, check-ins, field reports, incident reports, result submissions and related evidence such as photos or voice notes.
• Usage data: login timestamps, device/browser type and audit logs of actions taken inside the platform, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Billing data: payment references, invoice details and bank account information for partners and withdrawal requests.

3. How we use data

We use data only to operate and improve the platform. Specifically, we use it to:

• Provide your campaign workspace and role-based access controls.
• Enable field reporting, incident tracking and campaign-reported results.
• Process subscriptions, partner commissions and withdrawals.
• Secure the platform, investigate faults and maintain audit trails.
• Communicate with you about service updates, billing or support.

4. Who can see your data

Campaign data is isolated by workspace. Only members of your campaign with the appropriate role can access the records their role permits. We do not sell, rent or share campaign data with other campaigns, advertisers or data brokers. Our staff may access production data only when necessary to resolve a fault you have reported, and such access is logged.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep campaign data for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel or request deletion, we will remove your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where Nigerian law requires us to retain it. You may export most data to CSV before deletion.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, automated backups and regular security scanning. Passwords are hashed and checked against known-breached password lists. No security system is perfect; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it immediately.

7. Your rights

Depending on your role and the lawful basis for processing, you may be able to access, correct or delete certain data through the platform. For requests that cannot be handled in-app, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email or through the platform.
